- First, turn off the Motorola E.
- Enter your unit in quick start mode by simultaneously pressing the "Volume Down" and "Power" buttons.
- navigate the menu using the buttons "Volume". Go to the "Recovery" and select it by pressing the "Power" button option.
- Now select "Wipe data factory reset", "wipe cache partition" and "Wipe Cache dalvick" options.
- Scroll and select "Yes" to confirm you want to delete all files.
